Trying to figure out how old my chicks are. They are Black Australorps. I have four of them. Two of them got the pasty butt, but I was able to wash them off after soaking them in warm water for about 30 sec. I then clipped there behinds so hopefully this does not happen again. I also added a little bit of sand to there food and litter. I want to know there age. Any help I would be grateful. This is my first time raising chickens and I am very excited for the new experience. Any other tips and help would be awesome. I also built my brooder will update with pics if any interest.[IMG][IMG]

Hard to see details in your pics. From what I can see, just tiny primary wing feathers. My guess is 3-4 days old, no more than a week.
