    What type of comb does the first one have? At first glance I would be inclined to say EE as well, but she may be a mix of other breeds.

    ETA: Your cochin does look SL.

    I would have to say EE too not all EE have beards or muffs.

    I agree as well. I went out to take photo's of the hen, and realized while I was out there that she has the same leg coloring as the EE that's in there with her. also, when she extends herself you can see the muff stuff [​IMG] Just a new variation on the EE coloring, which is cool. any thoughts on age? we haven't gotten a single egg from either of the ee's in there yet.

    Also, is this a Dom or a Barred Rock?

    Looks like a barred rock. Doms have rose combs.
