i dont see an embryo, unles that is the embryo, it moves around when i turn the egg

What day are you on? If your not sure after candling mark the egg with a ? mark and wait til day 10 or 14 before disguarding.

I candle down into the egg when I have them in a turner in a very dark room, no lights but the small mag. light I candle with.

im on day 4, i cant see the embryo

That's way too early to candle eggs if your not familar with what you should be seeing. I have incubated eggs for years and I never candle before day 7 and most times wait til day ten. Have patience and candle at day 10 you will see veining in the egg and the embryo bouncing around trust me. If your still not sure mark the egg with the ? mark and candle at day 14 to see if there is development.
