So I crossed my white leghorn hens with my RIR cockerel.... 7 out of the 40 hatched, and they are ALL white. So that means all boys, since they should be sex linked? Below are pics of moms, dad and three of the babies (they are all the same color). What in the literal F***

:lau 7 out of 7 boys huh? That's horrible luck.

Na they're likely not all boys. You're sex link cross just went sideways.
Problem using WH is you don't know what's underneath.
They all have one dominate white gene as the hens have two. Dominate white hides black and black dilutes but not so much gold tones. That's what you were expecting. Females to show their gold tones like RSLs.
Ok let's look past the dominate white for a moment. What's under it in your hens? We don't know but what if it was say black or barred?
If you think about it that way what would a RIR over a black or barred pullets look like?
Those pullets would look like black sex link pullets. The black color would cover or hide the golf tones you were expecting to see.
So now you could have a basic black pullet with red underneath. Add dominate white and it would then cover and hide the black.
I'd expect your birds to start getting some red tones showing up as they age. Think BSL but with white instead of black.
Just for what it's worth if you would/could go the other direction using a male WL over female RIRs you'd get wing feather sexable offspring.

Thank you so much for this reply, sometimes I don’t get notifications so I just read this and it’s extremely helpful.
