All Flock and Chicken Grower

Can All Flock and Chicken Grower be fed to laying hens and chicks (2+ months)? I saw a thread about it, but wasn't clear, so I wanted to clarify.

Both feeds can be fed to a mixed age flock. You do need to put a calcium supplement is a separate feeder for the layers.

Everyone will free-range. Can I do the calcium supplement scattered on the ground like I do now so my girls can access it easily?

Some do scatter oyster shell on the ground. That is a good thing about oyster shell, water doesn't dissolve it. There is a whole oyster shell that just surfaced near my run, haven't had oysters on the place since I don't know when.
