Hello all. I'm relatively new to the urban chicken scene. I used these forums extensively while planning my foray into this lifestyle and decided it was time to formally join. I live in Charleston, SC and have 2 Delaware hens. We also have 4 button quail. Looking forward to meeting some of ya'll.

Hello there and welcome to BYC! [IMG]

So glad you could join our community!! Aww....Button quail are so adorable! I keep chickens and Bobwhite quail. Not as cute as Buttons, LOL, but just as fun to keep.

Make yourself at home here and we do welcome you to our flock!

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. A lot of us were lurkers before joining. Delawares are an excellent, dual purpose breed and you should get lots of nice, large, brown eggs from those 2 girls. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your Delawares.
