Aloha....I am new to the wonderful world of chicken

Aloha from Maui, Hawaii

I have been wanting to raise chicken for a few years now i finally found a place where I can have them . I just started April 1st. of this year with 6 chick's hens but it turns out I only have 5 hens and 1 rooster.

I am glad to have found this backyard chicken group as I have so much to learn about chickens.

How nice you are finally able to have chickens. They are a lot of fun, watching chicken tv is hilarious.

Have you checked out the Learning Center yet? There are articles on all sorts of poultry topics and are very helpful. And you can always ask questions, everyone is here to help.
