Alpha Rooster Now Being Excluded??

Hi everyone! So i have little bantam chickens and out of them i have 3 roosters. One of the roosters happened to be the bigger one and became alpha, as well as very aggressive. He would attack me and my dad. The other day, my dad had hit him very hard with a piece of wood because of trying to attack him. There was blood on his head, but he was still moving. So the real problem that i am having is the rest of the flock is now excluding him a lot. The other 2 roosters are now attacking him whenever he goes near any of the hens and when he goes into the coop. I am at the point now where i can not keep him in the coop at night with the other chickens. He is also not eating or drinking. Please help me ASAP! I don't know what to do about this. Thank you in advance!

It seems that the blow to the head may have done caused some serious internal injury. Personally, i would cull him. I would suggest that you read up on how to manage roos - there are lots of opinions out there, but the more you read, the better informed your decisions will be in terms of doing what works for you.
