Am I a girl? 13 Week old Marans

This is my 13 Week Old Marans chick Maybel. I am wondering if she is a roo or pullet. She hasn't crowed or anything, but she is VERY skittish, and her tail is looking awfully rooish to me...what do you think and why? Thanks!

pullet roos would have bigger combs and wattles not to mention they would be getting red on them already

There is a little red in her comb and wattles...but would it be significantly more red if she were a roo?

That's a pullet. Her comb and wattles should be a red color, so I wouldn't worry about what you see. Hers are very small (see how close her comb is to her skull) and her wattles are little more than tiny flaps.

I would say pullet as well, although the waddles are kind of prominent for only 13 weeks.
