    Looks like a hen to me. You might want to listen to someone else though. I'm not very experienced.

    She is adorable.


    Winter can delay the onset of egg laying. Just give them time. Honest, you do not want the problems that come with chickens who lay eggs early - I always hope my girls will be late layers (8 months or older).

    I think she is a pretty girl. My EE that looks similiar to yours didn't lay for the first time until last Jan, when she was about 9 mo old. Patience.

    My EEs were only slightly redder in the comb than that girl when they started laying @ 6 months old.

    You'll see eggs before too very much longer.
