just wondering if my eyes have deceived me all of a sudden she looks more like a he.
Me thinks you have a Roo there. Sexy wattles and hackle feather.
How old is she? Is she close to laying? Looks like a pullet but depends on the age I guess.
15 weeks old
this is the other slw that we have
this is why it makes me think shes a he
I would say Roo when compared to the other hen.
My guess is that she's a pullet, but just starting to mature before the other one. In a few weeks, they'll probably both have the larger comb and wattles.

Here's my SLW, in the picture she is 16 weeks old, she is laying eggs now (a month older) so for sure a girl!
Sorry it's not just of her ... it's the closest to the same age as yours is ... I wasn't really trying to get a picture of her, but the roo that kept moving LOL!
I think pullet too. 15 weeks isn't that young for a red comb and wattles on a hen. The hackle feathers don't look pointy and I don't see any saddle feathers either. But I'm new to this.
I am going to say pullet because though she is red in the comb and wattles, it is more likely due to her maturing. If it were a cockerel, you would see the saddle feathers coming in and hackles, plus her coloring is typical girl.
So, No, you are not a roo, nor is your bird.
