Asking for a feathered friend

Is she in another mini molt?

She just looks really ragged and I can see down feathers around her legs/bottom of breast. She has been checked for mites, haven't found any. She gets Flock Raiser with oyster shell.

I don't thinks she molting. Maybe lost a few feathers or something silly like that, but I think your chicken friend is good...
