Am I right,3 hens and a tom.

Here are new pics of the babies.I think we have 3 hens and a tom.And can anyone by theses pics give me a idea of how old they are?

Too young to be sure but you could be right. Young hens will strut just like a tom. They look about 6-8 weeks old. By the time they are 14 weeks you should know.
