first time posting, so forgive me if i mess things up.

I have three of what I thought were all female chicks, yet as they have grown I think i have a little roo in the batch! H(s)he is a little bantam and is starting to make crow like noises and is even being somewhat of a jerk to my two larger ladies.
Am i right? Is this little guy a roo?

I think you're right, two pullets and a cockerel. Very pretty birds.

so, when they are older will he still try to mate with them although he is clearly much smaller? he is already pecking at the back of my buff's neck and driving her crazy. the americana just fights with him.

He'll be successful, those little roos run around and get all the ladies so quick, the bigger roos have no idea what has happened. Those are awesome photos you took! Beautiful birds. He is adorable, too.
