I would assume with all the cheering coming from my 7 year old, that chick number three is now here.

Just make sure if you are going to open to take out a chick, open as little as needed to grab it and get it out, then close it again and leave them alone. They can take quite a while to hatch out once they pip, so have patience. I know it is hard. I have ducks and chicks both hatching in on incubator and they just can't come out fast enough. The ducks aren't even mine and I am all excited.

Number 4 just popped out. The two odler ones are starting to peck at the weaker ones that are just hatching. Is this normal or should I remove the older ones?
