    That is an amazing video. I imagined being a chicken seeing those talons coming toward me and felt some chills!

    Frosty, that video is amazing! The owl is absolutely stunning. What a beautiful creature. [​IMG] It looked like the owl was turning into 2 or 3 different animals as it was soaring towards the camera. Kinda looked like a flying cat at one point, then looked like an eagle. I didn't realize the wings were so long. I could watch that over and over. Thanks for sharing the link. I really enjoyed looking at it. [​IMG]

    We have a home in Upstate NY on Lake Ontario and in the early morning the gulls always congregate on our front lawn by the lakes edge. Many times we have seen owls swoop down, grab a gull and the first thing they do is swipe the head of and take the rest away. They are about the most awesome predator that I have ever seen.
