FWIW, amber-links are not a 'breed', they are a cross between 2 breeds/colors that produces chicks that can be sexed at hatch by the color

Yes, I got one last year from Tractor Supply, out of the assorted bin. Sadly, I have since lost her.

This year, I keep checking, and they are continuously sold out it seems!
I've asked if they are getting any Amberlinks in, and they don't know what they will be getting.
