IMG_0510.JPG IMG_0518.JPG I bought these 3 hens and 1 roo as “ameracaunas” for $40. They lay green/blue eggs but I keep reading that true ameracaunas are so rare. Can anyone tell if these are purebred?

Those appear to be easter eggers, not ameraucanas :(

Aaah... I thought that might be the case as their beard/tufts don’t seem quite poofy enough, but I’m new to the breed so wasn’t sure. It’s ok though... I still like them. :D Thanks for the help!

Easter eggers..... which can have some advantages over true Ameraucana if your main goal is pretty eggs
