7 week old ameraucana (supposed to be a girl ‍♀️) this ones comb is redder than all my other juveniles right now (other breeds)

It's an Easter egger and probably a cockerel because of the red comb at so early an age. But the color pattern is even, not splotchy, and this could indicate a pullet. So wait a few more weeks and try again after it has grown and feathered out completely.

The colors are very similar!! I’m hoping she’s a girl but she’s been chest bumping the other girls her age and kind of being a real brat to the others (super sweet to me of course ) so I don’t know if that’s a dominance thing between pullets or a a cockerel thing?!

I think its a cockerel because of the color of the comb and I think I see red across the wing shoulders. Your hand is in the way. Can you get pics of it standing up normally? This will confirm...

Also, chest bumping isn't a cockerel trait. Males and females will both do that.
