This hatched from a wheaten egg so I assumed it was a wheaten hen because of the light color. Now I'm guessing splash roo? Does anyone know?

Hmmm, this one is a toughy. How old is it? Is there such a thing as a splash wheaten? Those legs are awful light colored for a pure Ameraucana. That red is really intense and splotchy over the shoulders. I think it is a roo but question whether or not it is pure Ameraucana.

That is indeed a pure Ameraucana. I don't see how pale legs would say otherwise unless they're solid white/pink on a dark colored bird.

Splash is known to mess up leg color, but still, I see some slate there.

But yes, that's a Splash Wheatie.

Well, I guess this one is Craigs List bound.
