Ameraucana Lavender still not laying

I have read on a few different sites that Ameraucana Lavender hens do not start laying until 6 months of age, but my hen is 7 months now (closer to 8) and she still has not laid an egg. Is this normal?

My Ameraucana pullets didn’t start laying until they were 6 months old. Some times birds just develope slower from others. Or you have a cockerel.

I have 6 chickens all around 27 weeks who are all not laying yet. I think it might partially be a time of year thing, and just different chickens. I have been so impatient since the 20 week mark which is when I thought they were suppose to start laying. One of mine is an Ameraucana (I think). Hope your chickens not a dude though, thats the other option.
