Ameraucana or Easter Egger

Purchased as an Ameraucana from local Feed store but thinking it’s an Easter Egger.

If it came from a farm store it's an Easter Egger.

Easter Egger. A true Ameraucana breeder would sell for a lot more as well as tell you the color that the Ameraucana is. Based on the fact it came from a feed store and the coloring it’s getting in, EE.

But EEs are still lovely chickens who have the chance of laying many different colors, such as blue, green, pink, or brown.

Whatever color she lays her first egg, that’ll be the color she lays forever though.

Easter Egger, 99% of hatchery type Ameraucanas are actually Easter Eggers. Like @TwoChicksChix stated true Ameraucanas are much more expensive, harder to find, and are sold by color.

I think she is great, super alert.
My first three chicks where Buff Orpington’s, I got this chick along with a Speckled Sussex, these two seems allot more inquisitive, active.

Love those colors, we got 2 mostly black one with a little gold in it, the 3rd easter egger is kinda a light red with white in it.
