    This lady is from Stromberg's.

Does she look like an ameraucana to anyone?

    Not laying eggs yet.

    Thanks!

Is there any way to get a hen more "true to breed" from one of the big hatcheries? Or do I need to commit myself to buying eggs from a breeder on ebay?

If you what true eggs go to a breeder I suggest Pips&Peeps she has good birds. Drop her a PM or E-mail.

Quote:I doubt you'll want to spend the generations it would take to make an Easter Egger look like an Ameraucana. I'm sure it's possible but it would take a long time.

If you're sure you want Ameraucanas, check BYC's BSA section. (Honestly, I think Easter Eggers are wonderful)
