Ameraucanas or EE? Hen or Roo?

Hi everyone! I'm new here and this is my first time having chickens!
So I bought these two chicks at my local feed store. They told me they were female Ameraucanas. Now I'm having my doubts! Could they be EE? Oh and is the white one a Roo? Should it have wattles? They are about 6 weeks old. Let me know if you need more pics...

Im not sure the breed but the white one does look like a cockerel to me.
