Easy peasy... it does kind of look like a splash Ameraucana ( which isn’t a recognized colour... yet) but EE genitics are usually scrambled and could result in a plethora or colours..... it probably EE. If you check the list of breeds carried by the place you ordered you might be able to narrow it down. If they have splash, black, blue, or white Ameraucana Is what I’d check for.
It's not splash.
People familiar with the splash pattern or who examine it closely will note that the pattern on a splash chicken is much splotchier.
It tends to be solid patches on individual feathers (especially the tips) and well distributed, and the feathers display no true black, only dilute shades of grey.
OPs bird shows the dark patches in an arched pattern throughout the feather, and shows pure black on the feathers towards the back. The black marks inside white lacing pattern is MUCH closer to say a delaware feather pattern, a totally different genetic set.
So, not a splash. And not matching other APA standards either, or any known project colors. Hence, EE.
The other easy way to tell would be legs - anything but slate, even a greenish cast, and it's not an Ameraucana. But slate legs doesn't make an Am on its own ofc.
I mean, easter eggers are great. They lay colorful eggs, they're hardy, the come in a wide variety of colors, they are personable, I love them. But trained eyes know it for what it is immediately.
