I just got this girl today and wondering if anyone has ever seen a black and white one like this?

I think it's within the realm of possibilities. She could also be an Easter Egger like mine:

Your girl looks a little "leggy", you sure it's a she?

Ameraucana chickens only come in these colors: Black, Blue, Blue Wheaten, Brown Red, Buff, Silver, Wheaten & White

If they aren't one of those colors it means they don't meet the Standard of Perfection (SOP) and are considered an Easter Egger, or EE for short.
Still very pretty though. I have six EEs myself.

ETA: I think it's a roo also.

I think your she is a he. That's a very typical EE rooster color pattern and I think I see pointy saddle feathers starting to come in.
