    Before i start raising them, i need to know if they provide a good meat because i might start a flock of them. Thanxs:D

    As good as any dual purpose bird. For optimum tenderness, butcher around 14-20 weeks, but that's not to say they wouldn't be good past that point either, especially if the meat is aged, marinated and/or brined or stewed.
