Amerucana Welsummer cross pullet or cockerel?

This is a home bred cross from an Amerucana/Welsummer hen and a Welsummer rooster. I was thinking it’s a pullet but it’s starting to walk a bit too upright lately. 12 weeks old.

At 12 weeks the comb is quite small and the red feathering is more uniform in color than male pattern specific. Looks like it has some feathers missing in the saddle area.
This bird looks female to me too.
