I know this may seem a ridiculous question at only 15 days old, but would the development of feathers have any bearing on the sex of my splash/ lavender orps? One of them especially seems to be developing much faster than the other 3..

There could be. It'd be the pullets with the faster feather growth if your going with wing sexing.
I know that wing sexing only works on certain breeds and I don't know if they work on Orps.
