Thank you for all your help. Especially with answering my inane questions. Out of 26 BB eggs, 25 hatched. Of those that hatched 4 passed away. Leaving a grand total of 21 new babies! And they are all so tiny! Most are solid black, including beak and feet, four are "chipmunk" striped, and two are grey with yellow heads. I can't post pics because my camera won't upload. Any idea of what I have?

What are BB eggs? That would really help me in trying to pin down what you might have color wise.

I'm not really sure. [IMG] The man who gave me the eggs called them BBs. The chickens are really small, small than bantys even, and the eggs are about the size of quail eggs. So I think BB refers to size, not breed. [IMG] The chicks are really tiny, about half as big as regular sized chicks.
