I didn't have cake flour, so I couldn't use the recipe posted by WalkingonSunshine here, soi I used the one in the recipe book that came with my new Kitchenaid mixer.

This is my first scratch angel food cake.

It's in the oven, so cross your fingers! [IMG]

Oregon City...I could be there in an hour.

    MMMM.

we had cherry cobbler for dinner.

Note the adjective, not with dinner, not after dinner. For dinner.

edited to say...must be sick.... those are prepositions not adjectives!

    Got some strawberries and cream?

I adore angel food cake.... perhaps I'll drive to the store... maybe my DW needs milk or something.

yum yum yum! I also have a great recipe if anyone wants it. i have used it many times. This was a springtime tradition for us when I was a teenager. When the eggs started coming, I started baking! [IMG]

So, how did it turn out? Where's the photos? My kids love them soaked in jello and iced with cool whip.

Well... actually....after that 45 min speeding on the freeway... it'll take me about 30 min to find your house again. LOL
