Angel wing?

So took my two lil Rouens out
They are abt 5-6 weeks old.

And I noticed the tip of Rudi’s wing was sticking out. Rest of the wing seems fine and it didn’t seem to cause any discomfort when I touched it

Never dealt with angel wing before so could this be the start of it?
I try. It to over do the protein and they eat Purina duckling crumble and I’ve been mixing in adult duck food with it
