Another baby question....

I am now wondering if its natural or ok that the two parents of my 10 day old baby are now leaving it alone for longer periods of time to go do their own thing....ie prepping for next lay.....i just worry they aren't feeding Widget enough.....they are very focused on setting up new nest. They do feed Widget a few times a day but then just leave him sitting in his own nest alone unless I go to touch him.
I would appreciate any guidance at all. Thank you in advance

Yes, it is normal.

As long as Widget always has food in his crop, he will be okay. If its empty for long, you may need to intervene.
