ANOTHER CHICK WORRY

I have another chick, besides the one that is being fed the Kaytee, that I don't know if its normal. It seems to have pasty butt which I clean off and there is a rather large pink protrusion compared to the other chickens' butts. Is that a gender sign or is something wrong? Should I post a picture?

1. Bottoms of both genders of chicks should look the same.
2. Post a pic - that always helps.
3. Separate the chick so others don't peck at its bum.
