Okay, so thoughts? I know it will need reinforcing with hardware wire, but otherwise? I already have one small coop for my three bantams but would like another coop for a few full-sized hens as well.

I'm not handy and neither is my husband. I've considered trying to make something and have been regularly visiting our local Habitat for Humanity resale store looking for anything that could be re purposed with little luck. I also don't have many tools available so making something would also require an investment in decent tools too, so I'm wondering if it might actually be cheaper to buy something already built.

Also, it needs to look really nice because we're going to put it in the middle of our backyard surrounded by several raised bed veggie gardens.

It looks nice and not all that pricey. Things you need to know. What kind of wood is it built out of? How big is the coop portion? Standards need at least 3sqft per bird. What is your winter weather like?

I think that's a good deal, especially if you haven't the skills nor the tools, as you have explained.

It's also less expensive than what would be offered - for its quality - around here, too.

Go for it!
