I originally bought my daughters their first 4 chicks. After some time, I suspected that one of them was a rooster. I put a posting on here and sure enough everyone said the same. Well last weekend at 5am everyone was right! [IMG] As soon as I suspected he may be a rooster, I bought 2 more americaunas from a different place. Everyone said that the first one was an easter egger not an americauna like I was told (not a big deal to me). So now I am curious about one of my 2 younger ones. It is deffinatly trying to become the boss, and is taking over traits from the rooster. I guess my question is :

A: Do you think it is a rooster?
B: Do you think it is an Americauna or Easter Egger?

PS: my rooster has a new home with 2 acres and 10 new girlfriends [IMG]

Quote:Oh man, I have all the luck. Well I am almost positive that the 3 bigger ones are hens, and hoping the smaller white (I am assuming Easter Egger) is also a hen. I will try an get a pic and post it to see if I have a little bit of luck.

Cool, well thats the one. It amazes me that you can spot the difference so easily, but then again a few months ago I didnt even know a thing about chickens. Now I built them a fancy coop and run.
    Thanks for your help:D
