Antibiotic Recommendations?

My 7 month old Buff Orp, "Nugget" isn't doing well. She started this week with a blind eye which is now better, but now she is lethargic and gurgling. Won't eat, won't drink, won't really move. Can I buy antibiotics at Agway or TSC? If so, what would you recommend?

Tylan or Oxytetracycline are both good for respiratory problems...you may be able to find either at your local Tractor Supply
