I’m new to the raising chickens journey, but my family is excited. We have 4 baby chicks; 2 Easter Eggers and 2 Golden Sex Links. I am a little nervous because we are not allowed to have roosters in the city limits. Now that the chickies are getting bigger.... I’m beginning to think I may have 2
We just introduced them to their new coop this past weekend. I still bring them in at night because it still gets a little chilly and they are only 4 wks. old. The dogs have been curious to see what the new addition is to the urban homestead. As long as we call them babies, they know the chicks are a part of the family.
So far I have read a couple of books, but I am looking forward to getting into a forum of chicken people and learn the tricks of the trade
