Any advice for newly hatched chicks?

We just hatched chicks for our first time. We had 14 Silkie eggs and shockingly (to me at least) they all hatched! The first one hatched yesterday morning and the last one hatched this morning. Once the hatch was finished we moved the bigger and dry chicks into the brooder to help the newly hatched have a chance to rest. We have moved all but 3 over now. The last few seem pretty tired, but they were also the last to hatch.

I've only ever gotten chicks from a feed store that were at least a few days old. I'm wondering what I should be watching for on these new little chicks? I've crushed food and sprinkled it around for them and showed them all the water. They are under an ecoglow for heat.

What are the chances they all survive? I didn't know if it was usual to lose a few in the first few days.

Thanks!

They will be fine. I would put their food in a littl bowl if you don't have a feeder. Dip thier beeks in water so they know how to drink. Good luck
