If you are a breeder, or know someone who is a breeder, please please please do not purchase a whelping box from a company called whelpingboxstore.com. The owner is named Randy Whorton.
I paid $175 for a whelping box. The website states shipping to your door in 7 business days or less. On the 8th business day I emailed him asking if he had a tracking number and what date the box had shipped. His reply was that the box would be there within 7-10 business days and I should wait.
I emailed back, asking again for a tracking number and shipping date and shipping carrier. What ensued was a series of emails in which this man flung insults and ranted on about how I was insane. Because I wanted a tracking number. According to him, its none of my business who the carrier is or when the box shipped. I should "shut my mouth and wait" because his boxes were the best and obviously my dogs needed all the help they could get.
I'm trying to keep this brief and family friendly. If anyone would like to PM me I would be happy to forward the emails to you. I admit I did get an attitude back with the guy, however I didn't think I was outrageous to want to know when a product that I've already paid for is supposed to arrive.
