My wife and I have been hatching several types of eggs with mixed results.
Our Bourbon Red Turkeys have had (what we feel as newbies) a good percentage rate. 85%-90%. Our Black Spanish however we have not been so lucky. We've had 5 of 20 hatch and 1 developed and pipped but died in the shell. Out of the 5 that hatched only 1 has lived. There all treated the same but the Black Spanish are problematic.
If anyone has any suggestions we would appreciate it. We have 30 more in incubators now.
Thanks,
David & Ann
