Any guess on what breed this chick is? Also is it a hen or a cockerel?

We call her Glory and she was a rare breed that my 10 year old daughter picked out for fun. She has green legs, grayish eyes and is likely in her 7th week but maybe a week older as many of the chick deliveries were delayed due to weather this year. Any guesses on her breed and is she a roo? She's quite bossy and has a much more developed comb and brighter comb than any of the other chicks We think she is so striking and beautiful but are hoping she is not a roo! Thanks!
