Any idea on breed/gender?

I got this chick from tractor supply, which I don't usually do because I don't trust their sexing. It was listed as a rainbow egg layer pullet. It's around 4-5 weeks old now. Im new to owning chickens, but Im starting to get concerned that it may be a roo, which aren't allowed where I live. I'm not sure if it's too early to tell, or if comb development this early is usually an indication towards gender

or not. Does anyone with more knowledge than me happen to have a guess at gender and/or breed? Thanks in advance!

That is a big comb, so I'd guess that's a cockerel.

Looks like a production red. We got some fromTSC too. As far as gender, I’m not convinced it is a cockerel.
