Any idea? Pullet or cockerel?

I have 2 pekin bantam and I guess they are around 6weeks now.

Compare with #1 and #2, the difference is only the come. The feather shape, size of feet and body are pretty similar.

If #2 could be a cockerel, I can't have him. I would like to bring another pekin for making friend before too late, because I have different kind of chick as well, do not want to see bullying due to the difference of size and feather on their feet.

Whilst i am not familiar with the breed, the comb colour and wattle development on number 2 suggest a cockerel to me.
