Any idea what breed

this chick is about 3 weeks old. It was almost solid white with light pink feet when it hatched. Now it's getting brownish feathers coming in. Her is a pic at 3 days old and one at 3 weeks.

Have to have a little more time to see fuller feathering, but my suspicion is Production Red...and I think it will be a rooster. That's already quite a bit of comb for 3 weeks.

Is it's feet still white/pink, or becoming more yellow?
