Any idea what could be wrong with this Hen?

For a month now, one of my dads Hens has been having a strange problem. He says it acts really clumsy, acts disoriented, randomly runs into things like walls. The other Hens pick on her as well. She is about two years old.

Could possibly have something wrong with her eyesight. I would have a look at her eyes and see if she reacts to movement near them.

Agreed. Or possibly brain damage is the other thing that comes to my mind

Is she eating and hydrated? To cross things off the list, ensure there is no vitamin deficiency.
