Any Idea what gender these Brahmas are?

Hey all. I've got 4 Buff Brahma Chicks that are about 6 weeks old and I was wondering if you guys might be able to tell me what the gender is. They are supposed to be 3 hens and 1 rooster but I've noticed that 3 of them are developing tail feathers and 1 is not.

I say girls too! At 4 weeks my Brahma boy was super red already!!

Alright thanks. The way they're tail feathers were I was beginning to think that there were 3 roosters and 1 hen instead of the other way around
