Any Idea what this is?????

I found this young bird hiding under my truck a week ago. It was attacked by something, Part of its beak is missing along with part of its eyelid. It has a leaking air sac in its chest and countless scabs all over its body. Tail feathers are missing as well. I am not sure if it is even a chicken, maybe a turkey? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. I have been nursing this poor thing back to health for the past week and have grown quite attached.

That looks odd. Maybe a turkey.. Never seen anything like it!

Not to sure, It doesnt look like any turkey ive ever seen. Maybe take it to a avian vet they could tell you what it is. Good luck and keep us posted.
