Any ideas of sex?

Can you have that many cocks together?
Yes, but it is not always advised. When you have more roosters then hens the girls will suffer from being over mated and there is often more aggression in the flock. This is not always the case but it is common. Now, some people do set up "bachelor pads" which are flocks of all male birds. These can either work out great or not at all.

I can only see one which is definitely a pullet, two which I can't really see, and three that look like cockerels.

It's very inadvisable to keep that many cockerels with just one or two pullets. If you want to keep them, a bachelor pad is definitely the way to go.
