Any ideas on the breed of chicken?

Back in the fall I attended a critter exhange at our local feed store and was offered a beautiful rooster, he was white and a sky blue in color I regret taking him but at the time already had 3 roosters, but thought what beautiful babies he would make. So know I would like to know the breed so I could get one one day. Thanks

Can you describe the pattern, like was he white with blue neck, or blue and white barred, or some other pattern. Also. do you remember what kind of comb he had?

In response to the color of the rooster his head and neck were white with black spots and his body was the sky blue color and his tail feathers were the blue/green dark color.

Wow that doesn't sound at all familiar, could he have been a mix?
